The Secret to Rejuvenating Skin...

Are wrinkles, dry skin or acne transforming you into someone you don't recognize? The secret to rejuvenating skin could help you look younger, fast. The right acid peels can actually help eliminate rough skin, soothe blemishes, plump up skin cells and smooth away fine lines.

I am so happy to offer my clients the amazing VI Peel. It's safe for all skin types and even though it has powerful results it is the only peel safe to use on the eye area, neck, chest, and hands. Highly effective in treating hyper pigmentation, including melasma. I have had great success in treating melasma with this peel - so exciting! Also excellent for clearing acne and improving acne scars. And last but not least, it stimulates collagen and elastin production. I've been in this business a very long time and have not seen results like this in any other peel.

Here's three acids that I thought were important to share as it's great information to remember when considering products containing acids.

Glycolic acid
Problem: Wrinkles
How it works: This wrinkle-fighting acid is an exfoliator that safely removes the outer layer of dead skin cells so that plump new cells can rise to the surface. Glycolic acid helps stimulate the growth of collagen, which is responsible for skin's elasticity and which breaks down with aging. Glycolic acid can help smooth out fine lines and diminish the appearance of wrinkles.

Lactic acid
Problem: Dry skin
How it works: This acid helps skin look younger in two ways. First, lactic acid helps to slough away surface dry skin. Second, it acts a humectant, which means it pulls water into the skin and holds it there, making skin look fresh and young.

Salicylic acid
Problem: Acne
How it works: This acid reduces shedding of cells inside follicles and helps to loosen dry, scaly skin. This helps break down thick layers of dead skin cells that can block follicles and lead to acne. When salicylic acid is used alongside other topical medicines, it also allows them to penetrate more deeply.
